Governed digital
freight infrastructure

Freight coordination,governed end to end.

FR888T is building governed digital freight infrastructure designed to help shippers, carriers and drivers surface opportunities, coordinate terms and keep freight moving—within the limits people set.

Tell HAULIE™. HAULIE™ handles it.

FR888T LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. FR888T™ is governed digital freight infrastructure under development — not a broker, carrier, dispatcher or freight forwarder. Humans retain authority over every consequential decision. Private pricing boundaries remain private to their owner.

Capabilities described here are under development. Participation is subject to pilot-fit and preliminary screening review and final terms.

Chain of trust

Human governance. Machine execution. Human accountability.

  1. Principal states the requirement

An identified shipper or carrier principal states what must move, and the limits that apply.

  2. Agents assemble screened evidence

Requirements are structured and preliminary public-record screening is assembled for human review.

  3. Each side approves separately

Shipper and carrier each approve their own terms. Private boundaries stay private to their owner.

  4. Direct agreement, complete record

The transportation agreement is directly between shipper and carrier, with a reconstructable record.

Illustrative of the control path being built. FR888T™ is governed digital freight infrastructure — not a broker, carrier, dispatcher or freight forwarder — and does not promise loads, rates or acceptance.

Just tell HAULIE™ what needs to move.

Watch a shipper move five vehicles from Baltimore to Dallas — and see how both sides stay in control of every decision.

A shipper and an independent carrier review their own freight decisions across a connected port, warehouse and highway network.

Roles

Two principals. Separate authority.

FR888T™ is infrastructure, not a middleman. Shipper and carrier remain visible, separate commercial principals; each approves its own terms.

Shippers

Describe the move once. Capacity discovery, coordination and status follow-up are handled within your approval rules.

For shippers

Carriers

Publish the lanes, equipment and rate boundaries you will accept, and review opportunities that actually fit your operation.

For carriers

Drivers

Clear assignments, requirements and status prompts. The Driver Agent operates only under carrier authorization; the carrier retains driver, dispatch, route, equipment, hours-of-service and safety responsibility.

How it works

Category

Governed freight coordination, in plain language

FR888T™ builds governed digital freight infrastructure: software that helps shippers and carriers coordinate directly, inside limits people set. The formal framework terms are explained on Governance and About.

What FR888T™ is not

FR888T™ is not a freight marketplace, a digital broker, a load board, a dispatch app, a trucking company or a conventional TMS. Brokers, dispatchers and coordinators do skilled, demanding work; our aim is a first-principles redesign of how coordination happens, not a criticism of the people doing it today.

Intended participant roles

The framework describes governed agent roles for Shipper, Carrier, Driver, Finance, Compliance and Enterprise participants. Each agent is a governed digital representative of an identified principal — not an independent person or company. Roles that are not yet deployed are being designed and built, and are described here as intent rather than availability.

Doctrine

Human Governance. Machine Execution. Human Accountability.

Autonomy is delegated authority, not sovereign authority. Accountability cannot be delegated away, and governance maturity has to increase before autonomy expands.

Human governance

Human authority stays in control

Digital agents act inside a boundary their owner sets. FR888T™ is not ungoverned autonomy, and this website is a demonstration rather than live autonomous execution. We are building toward governed Autonomous Freight Commerce in stages, and it does not replace a carrier’s legal obligations or a person’s accountability.

Defined limits

Lanes, equipment, rate boundaries and counterparties you accept.

Approval gates

Consequential decisions require an explicit human approval.

Escalation paths

Exceptions route to a named person instead of stalling.

Auditability

Actions and approvals are designed to be reconstructable.

Two ways to help shape governed freight commerce

We are inviting a limited number of U.S. shipper design partners with repeat movements of vehicles, trucks, machinery and heavy equipment — and applications from U.S. carriers and owner-operators that report relevant authority, insurance and operating experience, subject to preliminary screening and human review.

Selection is limited and subject to fit, review and final written terms.
